We're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join us and study for your Business Admin Level 3 while you get to grips with the systems we use in our Road Logistics team.

Your Role

You will be part of a team supporting the operational and commercial activities of the UK Road Logistics business unit. The team have primary responsibility for systems support, testing and release management, as well as IT project implementation support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Administration support for IT project implementation within Road Logistics business unit
  • Develop understanding of Road Logistics business unit to support a variety of administration challenges.
  • To develop and maintain good working relationships with the internal/external customers and build mutual confidence and respect to ensure department knowledge and experience are at the forefront of every response to enquiries
  • Ensure that all duties are linked to and in line with the company values
  • Supporting creation of test plan and complete of thorough testing before IT release
  • Investigate day-to-day IT system issues through to resolution to ensure smooth operational usage

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Five GCSEs at grades 4 – 9 / A*-C (including Maths & English)
  • Managing (Personal) Performance – accuracy, attention to detail
  • Personal Drive – self-motivated, reliable and flexible
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities
  • A growth mindset and passion for learning
  • Team worker with great communication skills
