Be a digital brand gatekeeper to ensure brand equity is consistent and maintained across all campaign touchpoints Manage the delivery of global assets and production of local digital assets in order to allow for seamless campaign execution Circulate all copy and assets to retailers ahead of launches, ensuring that the retailer guidelines are adhered to, copy is legally compliant and the customer journey is optimized. Monthly Retailer Audits incl visibility and weekly OOS sweeps Manage the digital creative process of TOA and sampling content from briefing bespoke local creative content to the live activation Build strong working relationships with retailers to encourage maximum visibility of brand assets across site and retailer channels Work collaboratively with the Sales, marketing end education team to support in the build of trade plans across all 4 brands. Key support with 360 campaign media planning & implementation for new product launches / re-promotes agency partners Develop strong working relationships across all internal departments at ELC. collaborates with Global to drive UK business needs (HTSM assets, sampling tools) leverages retailer and brand CRM data to drive digital plans
Key support with for wider post campaign analysis reporting and presentations including actionable insights and recommendations to maximise ROI/ KPI’s Reporting to digital engagement manager
Identify, develop and implement new digital marketing opportunities that drive incremental sales and new customer acquisition such as support with SEO copy, reviews and new functionality (shade finder)
Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environment Strong relationship building skills. Strategic thinker with an ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groups. Strong organisational skills. Detail oriented, ability to multi-task. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Understanding of digital marketing and merchandising. Understanding of retail business and ecommerce best practise, website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools. Ability to influence and build brand partnerships. Results orientated and strong work ethic. Digital Focus and understanding of platforms and tech to support traffic and conversion
