Role: CRM Executive – Service and Transaction – Permanent Contract

From producing branded adverts that showcase choice of hotel rooms, right through to promoting new launches, B2B initiatives and collaborating with agencies to deliver different digital campaigns, our Marketing Team are at the heart of getting our brands noticed.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Team as our CRM Exec. This is a diverse and varied role where you will support the Marketing Manager and own CRM workflows and deployment activity across our service and transaction activities. You will support creative briefing, activity design processes and other business requirements for customer engagement and revenue.
You will engage and collaborate with our internal eCommerce, Brand, Proposition and Commercial Teams, as well as external partners and agencies to improve customer engagement and revenue – with the ultimate aim to make Premier Inn “the most loved Hotel in the world”.
