JOB SUMMARY The roles are based in the Integrity Connect production area of Integrity Print. The business is located on First Avenue on the Westfield Trading estate BA3 4BS. The role is to work directly for the shift Supervisors - Team Leaders ensuring that the production machines Industrial digital printers and high volume mailing machines are kept stocked with materials from the warehouse to maximise production. There will also be a requirement to move various stock between machines as and when required. The two roles will initially be 25 hours per week – this may rise to 37.5 dependant on performance. The days required are Monday to Friday 09.00 – 14.00 (A). and 13:00 – 18.00 (B). (shift A week 1 and shift B week 2 and so on rotating).
SKILLS NEEDED The successful applicants will need to be able to communicate well and work without constant supervision. Basic maths will be required. Please be aware that this is a physical, production shop floor role – all the necessary equipment and training will be provided

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT The young person’s time and attendance will be tracked electronically through a key fob system they will also be manually monitored by the shift Supervisor. Attendance and timekeeping will be fully explained and regularly fed back at least fortnightly in a one to one session with the Supervisor. The young person will be fully integrated to a busy production department, they will learn about teamwork, deadlines and will invariably improve their communication skills during their time in the role. The young person will have health and safety training manual handling etc., Data Protection training and also training on our internal stock management system Before the end of the placement the young person will be given practical tips in CV writing and also some simulated interviews both face to face and telephone. We will look to give them insight into what an employer looks for in interviews
