Ensuring that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers. Setting up the store to open to the public. Baking bread and prepare food for the day. Serve customers throughout the day. Clean as you go throughout the shift. Clean store at the end of the day. Complete paperwork to do with cash, stock and complete food safety and cleaning checks. Train less experienced team members and coach on company procedures.
