Our Team in Bournemouth led by Debie administer New Business applications, deal with mid-term adjustments and support our renewing members. The team support our internal sales teams, brokers and internal staff working closely with relevant departments to provide an efficient and effective service to both new and existing customers. At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Bournemouth office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.

What you'll be doing:

Following your training, which will give you the skills and confidence to fulfil your role, your day to day tasks will include:

  • Processing new business applications in line with business guidelines.
  • Managing customer queries via email and telephone call and making policy adjustments accordingly.
  • Daily support for our sales team, retentions team and external brokers
  • Assisting with premium payments whether that be setting up direct debits or obtaining card details via our payment system.
  • Liaising with our underwriting department to resolve queries.
  • Adhering to the company’s data protection policy ensuring customer data is safeguarded at all times.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

Our working hours are between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. We’ll require you to work 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis. You'll know well in advance the shift patterns you will be working each week, so you can plan around your hours.
