Confident in defining and implementing a training & knowledge sharing model? The Global Sales enablement team coordinates the strategic, ongoing process of equipping sales teams with the content, guidance, and training they need to effectively motivate buyers and drive revenue. The leader in this position will contribute to the growth of the company through sales training execution, especially on Salesforce.com and how it enables the sales process and funnel management! You will ensure:- - the customer facing teams have the right information on tools and processes - focus on implementation - be responsible for training needs assessments, designing and delivery - train the trainer approach - collaborative working - working across all of Pall's Business Units' Sales, Marketing, IT, Sales applications, Customer service, Finance and Digital ecosystem teams to build and implement a best-in-class training program Qualifications / Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. - Experience with the work of customer-facing departments (sales, client services, technical support, dealers) and tools used by them. - Experience using and training of Salesforce.com and related processes such as lead management, CPQ, account management, contact management, case management, opportunity management and sales activity management. As well as creating Salesforce training content. - Experience creating and delivering training using multiple media and formats, being able to adjust content to stakeholders at different hierarchy levels. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
