CQM Customer Quality Manager
Glyn Hopkin Ltd is the largest independent Nissan dealer group in the UK having 13 Nissan showrooms and employing more than 600 staff. In order to exceed our customers' expectations and deliver outstanding levels of customer service, we are looking for a friendly and organised individual to take on the new role of Customer Quality Manager at one of our dealerships.
Within this exciting role, you will be the initial warm welcome to all our service customers ensuring that their arrival to their departure is a seamless experience.
Applicants must be used to working with the public as well as be highly organised, a good team player and able to influence others.
We offer an attractive salary, plus 23 days holiday rising to 25 with service plus bank holidays, contributory pension and friends and family car purchase scheme.
