As a Patient Experience Manager within Virgin Care, you’ll lead the team of Receptionists ensuring they remain focused on delivering impeccable customer service to our service users to really make our service users and staff feel the difference.
Your days will be challenging, busy and outcome driven and include: ensuring the phones are answered efficiently and within target times, all patients receive the same high level of customer care and that the patient experience at Sutherland Lodge Surgery is truly exceptional. You will be based primarily in Sutherland Lodge Surgery in Chelmsford.The Ideal Candidate
You will have a background in Customer Service.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.About The Company
