We are a small business based in Bromley, specialising in the veterinary equipment and the human beauty fields. Our main focus is on veterinary ultrasound and training supplied to breeders and vets, and spray tan solution to professionals (mobile beauticians and salons). While this is advertised as a full-time role, we are happy to consider part-time or flexible working. Our premises and facilities are fully wheelchair accessible.
Answering incoming customer enquiries by phone, email, live chat and social media.
Taking orders over the phone, primarily for spray tan products.
Qualifying sales leads and directing them appropriately.
Keeping our CRM (customer relationship management) system up to date.
Stock management - alerting us when stock is running low.
Qualities we are looking for: - Outstanding customer service. This means you enjoy looking after customers and going the extra mile to make them happy. When something goes wrong, you relish the opportunity to make it right for them - and won't give up until you have. - Organisation. We have machines coming in and out for repair and it's important to keep good records of what customer is waiting for what part or which repair job. It is also important to keep our systems updated with detailed notes on what has been discussed with a customer. - A positive demeanour. We are a small team and a positive attitude makes a big difference.
