We are seeking a Resourcing Coordinator to join our Internal Resourcing Team on a fixed term comtract (initially for 6 months) who can support our managers with recruitment processes. This role will be agile working, with a mix of working from home and on occasion from our client's sites.
Your role will involve supporting recruiting managers within your sector with recruitment processes; dealing with high volume vacancy advertising, application processing, applicant management, candidate communications, basic reports and managers support. You will also support with the tracking of temporary labour usage in the sector, supporting and encouraging managers with converting to permanent employees where possible.
We will also provide the opportunity, should you wish to take it, for a progressive career in HR and a Level 3 HR (CIPD) Apprenticeship as a pathway (after successful completion of probationary period).
