Teaching Personnel are looking for a Learning Support Assistant's to work in a modern school in Oldham, Greater Manchester. You will provide 1-2-1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
The school has a number of students with SEN needs, pupils come from a variety of backgrounds and either have an Education Health Care Plan (ECHP) or are undergoing statutory assessment. The students will have all been identified as having additional needs and are better suited to 1:1 or 2:1 learning and will have an individualised curriculum based on their specific needs.
Applicants will be working in a classroom supporting assistants and fellow support workers on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with pupils. The successful Learning Support Assistant will help establish positive and healthy relationships, emotional wellbeing and developing social skills.
