Our team is growing! We're looking for a commercial and creative recruiter to join our in-house Talent team. Reporting to one of the Talent Partners, this role will support a selection of head office areas in the end-to-end recruitment process. We work across areas such as Merchandising, Trading, Creative, Finance & Operations, IT, Commercial and Business Development as well as supporting our retail teams.
Recruitment at Ted is fast-paced, but fun, and we're looking for an excellent ambassador who will uphold our brand image, deliver the company mission, whilst being committed to demonstrate our key core values during all of our recruitment activity.
We're looking for excellent communication and organisational skills, ensuring our recruitment campaigns and activity use the best brand sources to recruit and source fantastic people for Ted Baker.
Please note we have 2 roles available - 1x permanent role and 1x 12 month FTC.
Main responsibilities
Supporting and coaching managers in the resourcing of all technical and non-technical roles through no cost or low cost sources.
Managing the relationships for agency, resourcing and ensuring managers only use the dedicated suppliers.
Ensuring that we recruit from a diverse candidate base, promoting the benefits of diverse teams.
Ensuring all managers are using a consistent approach to recruitment and are resourcing fairly within the parameters of the law.
Managing candidate through the recruitment process, including using ATS to track and communicate effectively.
All recruitment related administration including new supplier user forms, writing copy for adverts, and supporting managers to develop job specs etc.
Keeping up to date with all recruitment legislation and ensure that Ted is ‘legal’.
Support with monthly recruitment reporting.
Tools of the Trade…
In house or agency recruitment experience
Familiar with recruitment systems/platforms

Ability to adopt a balance between a commercial and human approach to issues and people decisions
