Mental Health Support Worker

Falcon Recruitment & Training are a leading Nursing Agency that has grown rapidly and furthermore expanded our supply of Mental Health Support Worker's throughout the UK. We have been awarded supply of nursing staff on the Workforce Alliance and Health Trust Europe frameworks.

Falcon are currently seeking Mental Support Workers to work In Nottingham for short and long term placements as well as ad-hoc shifts in a variety of NHS Hospitals and Private Organisations.

About the Healthcare Support Worker role:

• Hourly Rate: £10.41-£18.47
• Location: Nottingham
• Speciality: Mental Health
• Shifts Available:

• Days 07:30-20:00
• Nights 19:30-08:00

Expected duties of the role:

• Assisting in the implementation of agreed care plans under the supervision of the trained nurse.
• Participating as a member of the nursing team in the delivery of care as agreed in individual care plans.
• Developing therapeutic relationships with patients, remaining conscious of the limits and boundaries of a professional relationship.
• Completing all relevant documentation in accordance with Falcon Recruitment’s procedures and professional guidelines.
• Ensuring patients’ rights to confidentiality are respected and that Falcon Recruitment’s and professional policies are adhered to.

Applicant Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Proof or eligibility to work in the UK
• Immunisations against Hep B, MMR, Varicella and BCG.
• At least 6 months experience
• Training Provided
• You will require an Enhance Disclosure and Barring service check
