An outstanding opportunity to join the Financial Crime Compliance UK team as Executive Assistant reporting directly to the Head of Financial Crime Compliance UK (UK MLRO) / Chief Compliance officer Investment Banking EMEA (CCO IB EMEA). In this 1:1 role key responsibilities include: complex diary management, co-ordinate internal and external senior level meetings globally, weekly FCC reporting, preparing and amending presentations and documents, drafting meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, travel & expenses, office management, FCC support, maintaining distribution lists, arranging team events/conferences/Town Halls. Your future colleagues The EMEA Financial Crime Compliance team (EMEA FCC) works collaboratively to guide the EMEA Investment Banking division and the UK Private Banking & Asset Management Divisions.
