As Design Engineering Manager you’ll responsible for leading the design and engineering effort related to the single-use disposable component of our dialysis platform that will enable the next generation of haemodialysis machines and related consumables designed for clinical and home use.

The role will manage the Engineering design activities, defining and implementing designs for Quanta that meets the needs of the risk management plan and associated commercial needs in targeted geographical markets.

Quanta is focused on the commercialisation and ongoing development of SC+, an innovative cartridge-based haemodialysis system. SC+ is a high performance, compact haemodialysis system which is revolutionising this market sector.

Requirements

As the preferred candidate for the role of Design Engineering manager you’ll have:

• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering with significant experience in medical devices focusing on single us consumables / disposables.
• Proven track record in building teams and leading mechanical designs for complex cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on 3D CAD design expertise in Solidworks, ProE and/or FX.
