We are growing our European Sales team and are looking for Sales Executives - who are hungry to learn and progress their careers - to grow our DACH footprint. We want the best of the best, and we make sure our top performers are rewarded!
About the role:
As one of our valued Enterprise Sales Executives, you will be responsible for generating, developing, and closing your own sales pipeline within the DACH region. You'll be working alongside our outstanding Inside Sales team and excellent Marketing team, who will assist you in generating 50% of your leads.
Your focus will be on getting in front of key C-level stakeholders within Oracle install-based organisations to pitch our Oracle support services. You'll be tasked with outlining the benefits of switching to our third-party support model and highlighting the massive savings that this delivers.
The majority of your time will be spent engaging with decision makers across the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) region, both remotely and in person. You will dedicate your time to developing relationships, understanding the prospects requirements in detail, and demonstrating how Support Revolution is best placed to provide our support services.
This role is based in our Berkshire head office - a two-minute walk from Thatcham train station with free onsite parking and easy access to many nearby towns and cities. You will be required to travel to the DACH region periodically.
What you'll be doing:
We replace Oracle and SAP in the support cycle, so you will be selling an alternative support solution to install-based customers.
Support Revolution is one of only three organisations worldwide that offer this service, ensuring every customer receives a better quality of support while saving a minimum of 50% on support costs.
No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:
- Generating and driving pipeline, sales, revenue, and meetings within the DACH region
- Hunting and prospecting for new business across the region
- Being the trusted advisor to key C-Level executives
- Leading all aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish
- Using Salesforce CRM to enrich our customer database and report sales cycles progress
- Using sales prospecting tools and methodologies to drive outbound activities
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this position, you should have proven, successful, sales experience, the hunger and drive to succeed, and the willingness to learn.
- Experience selling software, support or IT services (or similar) to large organisations at C-level
- Sales experience within the DACH region would be beneficial
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets/quotas
- Proficient in presenting and sales forecasting
- Proven experience in new business acquisition
- Be able to take responsibility for the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing
- Flexibility to visit prospects, as well as attend events across the UK and Europe
- Fluency in German would be beneficial
