Working to keep our product teams on track to meet production goals this crucial fast paced role will excellent organization skills and attention to detail to plan our workflow. You Challenge: - Responsibility for ensuring all production goals are met including tracking and reporting - Generating purchase orders as required to APS demand - Responding to stoppages to investigate causes and provide solutions - Handling any quality issues - Identifying Continuous Improvement opportunities - Remaining within operating budgets, achieving cost effectiveness savings where possible - Preparing for, attending actively and constructively contribute to Department/Cell meetings - Maintaining 6S in work area - Performing work to current standard and QMS - Leading problem-solving initiative groups Your Expertise: - Proven skills in a planning related role with an understanding of manufacturing operations - Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with a wide variety of people, up to senior levels - Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure - Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimum supervision - Computer literate with a working knowledge of Word and Excel would be advantageous This position may require exposure to information which is subject to export control regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
