Security Trainer - Freelance or PAYE

Purpose of the role

We have a very exciting opportunities to expand our pool of Trainers to support the running of our centres, being responsible for the learning and achievement of all learners in the class.

We are looking for Trainers who can deliver Security Training.

Education, qualifications and training:

• One of the following teaching qualifications are essential:
• Level 3 PTLLS or Award in Education and Training (AET).
• Level 4 CTLLS or Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CET);
• Level 5 DTLLS or Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training (DET)/CELTA Cert Ed
• Postgraduate/Professional Graduate Certificate in Education
• Assessor/ IQA qualifications.
• Teaching experience, particularly with a focus on adult learners
• Experience of demonstrating a strong commitment to Diversity inclusion

Knowledge / skills:

• Recent industry experience for their subject area(s)
• Knowledge of Health & Safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbally and written
• Able to deliver virtual courses online and classroom delivery
• IT Literate- MS Office, Outlook, Zoom
• Strong organisational skills
• To be self-motivated with an initiative in solving practical problems and limited supervision
• Demonstrate a creative and imaginative approach to learner-centred delivery
• Commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our learners
• Digital classroom delivery
• Preparing effective written and visual teaching materials in line with course requirements
• Work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
