We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for Our Client, a Family Owned Vehicle Leasing Company. Due to increased demand they are looking to recruit an Automotive Experienced Sales Administrator to support their busy Leasing Executives.
Duties of a Sales Administrator with our Client
Proposing Finance Quotes
Supporting the busy Leasing Sales Executives
Ordering and invoicing vehicles
Processing customer orders
Seeing through customer’s sales administration from start to finish
Customer payment arrangements
Controlling vehicle transportation
Supporting The Accounts Team
What our Client expects of their Sales Administrator
Excellent Administration skills
Proven ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work on their own initiative
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Able to deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner
