Overview:

Loadbalancer.org is looking for an intelligent and hard working Senior Account Executive to generate, qualify and close opportunities with new logos, existing customers and partners. We are looking for a highly proactive individual with the drive and energy to forge new relationships with prospects and grow a small number of key existing customer and partner relationships.

The role will be 60% new logo focused, with 20% on existing customers and 20% on key existing growth partners. This will suit a natural hunter who enjoys the thrill of new business. The existing customers and partners have strategic growth targets against and require a high level of proactivity, tenacity and drive to reach their potential.

The Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • 60% Focus on new logo acquisition
    • 20% existing growth customers
    • 20% existing growth partners
  • Create and execute upon your own success plan
  • Proactively prospect, identify and develop sales pipeline
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, with a minimum of 3X cover
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Use of Salesforce.com for lead, account, and opportunity management
  • Share your experience and market perspective with the wider organisation
  • Drive the team and company forward

About You:

  • 5+ years Technology Sales Experience
  • Track record of hunting and closing new logos
  • Able to create a plan for success and execute
  • Collaborative team player, able to ‘park your ego’ for the greater good
  • Ambitious and driven with a bias for action
  • Self motivated and accountable for your own success
  • Relentlessly curious with a growth mindset
  • High integrity with a customer-first attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust
