We are currently seeking RNs for our Client's Nursing Home who offers a scenic location for people in need of residential and nursing care, as well as individuals with physical disabilities located in Solihull. The successful RN will be required to take the lead on shift under the supervision of the Clinical Head of Nursing. To plan and provide holistic nursing care for the residents, ensuring all policies and procedures are correctly followed. Provide care in line with National Minimum Standards and Care Home regulations. Act as a professional role model and be accountable for actions.
