You:

• Have at least 3 months of experience as a kitchen porter
• Energetic, fast, efficient with a keen eye for detail
• Passionate about food and comfortable in a kitchen
• Willing to work hard, learn fast and follow instructions

Duties:

• The cleaning of the kitchen and all the equipment within
• Washing up
• Helping chefs with meticulous prep work
• Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained
