Based in our Oxford office, the Residential Sales team is looking to recruit a Team Secretary to be responsible for providing an effect and efficient support service to the country house sales team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to two busy negotiators; managing diaries, arranging property viewings, liaising with applicants and vendors and managing reception when necessary. Other duties include producing PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, typing minutes and letters, and managing the database. Alongside this the Team Secretary is also responsible for Marketing duties such as managing local and national advertising for the office, producing window cards, preparing marketing collateral and preparing mailing lists.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar role with a solid administrative and organisational background. They will be a flexible and pro-active individual who has strong communication and time management skills and be a competent user of MS Office.
