IHR Supplier Awards not only celebrates the exceptional contribution recruitment suppliers in the UK have made in disrupting the industry and innovating business performances, but it also recognises the country’s best recruitment suppliers based on factors including how they navigate industry-specific challenges, their impact on the recruitment process, the platform’s inclusiveness and accessibility, client happiness and satisfaction, and technological ease of use and flexibility.
It was an honour to win this year’s Best Generalist Job Board as it demonstrates our dedication and long-standing commitment to jobseekers and employers in making job search and hiring easier and more enjoyable.
Since 2011, Adzuna has set out to help employers speed up their hiring processes by giving them access to the biggest talent pool and the best quality candidates. Over the past year, our major focus has been steering employers through a tight and volatile labour market.
In March, we relaunched our monthly UK Job Market Report, providing the most up-to-date snapshot of employment opportunities across the country, based on every job vacancy advertised online in the UK. In April, we renewed our partnership with the UK government to continue helping them run their online jobs portal ‘Find a Job’. In June, we launched our AI interview coach tool Prepper, helping jobseekers ace their job interviews.
